RentRidge provides rental management and related services including tenant sourcing and verification, property marketing, lease documentation assistance, rent collection coordination, property management support, and tenant onboarding. We act as a facilitator between property owners and tenants unless otherwise stated.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering agreements, and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. User Responsibilities

Property Owners must provide accurate property details, ensure lawful ownership, maintain compliance with applicable laws, and honor rental agreements. Tenants must provide genuine documentation, make payments on time, maintain the property responsibly, and comply with lease terms.

4. Fees and Payments

Service fees, commissions, or management charges will be communicated prior to engagement. Payments must be made as per agreed timelines. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

RentRidge shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, tenant defaults, market fluctuations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the relevant service.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of RentRidge. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Termination

RentRidge may suspend or terminate services in case of breach of Terms, non-payment, misrepresentation, or unlawful use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
