At Rentridge, we provide professional Property Management Services for property Owners and Tenants across Hyderabad, including areas like Gachibowli, Kondapur, and nearby locations.
Since our services are primarily digital and contractual, we do not deliver any physical goods. However, this Shipping Policy outlines how our services, documents, and digital deliverables are provided to our clients.

1. Service Delivery

All our services—such as tenant management, rent collection, property maintenance coordination, and digital agreements—are provided electronically or in person, depending on the service type.

Documents such as rental agreements, invoices, property inspection reports, and maintenance updates are delivered through email, WhatsApp, or the Rentridge Client Portal.

Access to online services or digital reports is typically granted within 24–48 business hours after successful registration or payment confirmation.

2. Digital Document Delivery

All contracts and documents are securely shared via digital signature platforms (e.g., Rentridge Contract Digital Sign, or approved third-party tools).

Once signed and verified, both the Owner and Tenant receive digital copies via email for their records.

No physical copies are shipped unless specifically requested (delivery charges may apply).

3. Physical Visits or On-Site Services

In cases such as property inspection, move-in/move-out assistance, or maintenance supervision, our Rentridge representatives will visit the property at a scheduled time agreed upon with the client.

These visits are not considered “shipments” but are part of our on-ground service delivery process.

4. Timeline of Service Delivery

Service timelines vary depending on the type of property management service selected.

Digital documentation & contracts: Within 1–2 business days

Tenant onboarding or verification: Within 3–5 business days

Maintenance and support requests: Based on service urgency and vendor availability

5. Delays or Exceptions

While we strive for prompt service delivery, certain delays may occur due to:

Incomplete client information

Payment processing delays

Third-party verification or government approval timelines

Unforeseen maintenance or inspection requirements

Clients will be notified promptly in such cases.
